He is the recipient of 4 Dora Mavor Moore Awards, A Gemini, a Toronto Theater Critics Award, Pittsburgh Performer of the Year Award and a Helen Hayes Nomination (Kennedy Center).

Andrew is a versatile veteran — both as an actor and singer — of over one hundred professional theatre, television and film projects all across Canada. Specifically in Toronto, he spent four years with THE LION KING playing Zazu, Timon and Pumbaa at the Princess of Wales Theatre (Mirvish/Disney), William in PRINCESS AND THE HANDMAIDEN (YPT), Ewan in WAR BRIDES (Harbourfront Theatre), John Doe in GET STUFFED! (Toronto Fringe and for the Under The Umbrella Festival) and the boy in the acclaimed WAITING FOR GODOT: THE GODOT PROJECT. He has performed in most regional theatres in Canada including The Manitoba Theatre Centre, MTC Warehouse, PTE, MTYP, Saskatoon Co-opera, Manitoba Opera Association, Agassiz Theatre, Rainbow Stage, Lighthouse Festival, Sudbury Theatre, The Citadel, The Grand Theatre, Theatre Aquarius, Neptune Theatre, NAC, Pantages, Dry Cold Productions, Theatre Plus, Orangeville Theatre, Winnipeg Fringe Festival, and for Shakepeare In The Park.

(Royal Alexandra Theatre/Mirvish), Six seasons at the Shaw Festival including Sam in Trouble in Tahiti, Freddy in My Fair Lady, The Millionairess; The Cherry Orchard, Star Chamber, Sunday in the Park with George, Overrulled, A Little Night Music; Follies: in Concert; Mack & Mabel and created roles for two world premiere musicals Maria Severa and Tristan; Canadian premeires include: Buddy in Elf -the musical (Neptune Theatre) Tom Watson in Parade (Studio 180/Acting Up Stage Toronto); and The Leopard in Stiles and Drew’s Just So (Globe Theatre, Regina) Mark also has performed at The Manitoba Theatre Centre and The Grand Theatre.
