ACTING WITH PAINT is a group art exhibition by three well-known Canadian actors: Richard McMillan, Andrew Stelmack and Mark Uhre. Three performers who are well-known for their work on theatrical stages all across Canada as well as for their body of work in television and film.
All three of these talented artists have excelled in their fields as actors but they also have another artistic side that few are aware of as visual artists. While Rick, Andrew and Mark have spent most of their lives happily connecting with audiences through the words and music that has been given to them, they also have their own exciting stories to share and tell.
Stories to tell by the stroke of a paintbrush. Stories they want to share with you!
Please stop by the gallery during its run and see another artistic side of these three remarkable Canadian actors. Engage and connect with them in a way you never have before! From Richard’s engaging portraits and landscapes, to Andrew’s bold abstracts and Mark’s challenging and provoking illustrations, there will be a little something for everyone!
